Garbage Removal
- Garbage Removal Day is on Tuesdays
- Please put the Blue Global Waste (GW) bin, with your unit number, outside your unit early (before 07:30) on a Tuesday morning.
- The garden workers will fetch the dustbins and take it to the outside where the garbage company will collect the garbage.
- The dustbins will then be washed and put back outside your unit once completed.
- Please ensure to keep the dustbin as well as all garbage inside your unit until Tuesday mornings.
Parking
Residents and visitors are not allowed to park in front of the garages or in such a manner so that the driveways and demarcated parking bays are being blocked. The Trustees may have any vehicle standing or left on the communal property or in a thoroughfare for vehicles removed or towed away at the cost and the risk of the owner/resident concerned.
For residents:
- Vehicles of residents must only be parked in the garages.
- Residents cannot reserve parking bays.
- No caravans, boats, trailers, etc may be parked on the common property (including visitor parkings) without prior written permission from the Trustees.
- Visitors may park in any of the demarcated parking areas.

Grass Cutting
​Grass Cutting Days
All dog waste must please be picked up and thrown away in order for the lawn to be mowed.
If a garden gate is locked, during Grass Cutting Days, and it prevents the gardeners from entering the neighbouring gardens, the lock will be cut to gain entrance.
- Unit 1-35 : Wednesdays,
- Unit 36-69 : Thursdays,
- Unit 70-102 : Fridays
