Procedure to follow in a geyser or external water related emergency:

Please state that this is for your Unit Number at Weeping Willow, (Call out fees will be for the owner unless this is a Body Corporate matter), OR

Please note that in general internal leaks inside the house are the responsibility of the owner, while external leaks or blockages from underground, outside taps and plumbing is for the Body Corporate’s account, however each case is handled on a case by case basis, depending on the cause.
